Synch advises TeraSi on EUR 11m seed round, the NATO Innovation Fund's first investment in Sweden

Synch has advised TeraSi AB on its seed financing round of approximately EUR 11 million. The round was co-led by NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) TeraSi being NIF’s first investment in Sweden. TeraSi also welcomes IQT and D3 Venture Capital Firm as new investors alongside existing investors Navigare Ventures, Further Than Capital, Almi Invest, Onsight Ventures, KTH Ventures AB, Sting and its Nordic angel investors, all of whom doubled down as part of this round, demonstrating their continued support.

TeraSi is a Stockholm-based deep tech company and spin-out from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, developing highly miniaturised hardware for high-frequency wireless applications above 60 GHz. Its proprietary system-in-package (SiP) and Aircore technologies enable low-loss, precise and lightweight components for advanced wireless, radar and space applications.

The investment will support TeraSi’s continued growth as the company scales its technology for critical industries where secure, resilient and high-performance connectivity is increasingly important. With deep expertise across RF design, microelectronics and advanced packaging, and in-house design, manufacturing and testing capabilities, TeraSi is helping build the hardware foundation for next-generation wireless systems, including 6G, on Earth and in space.
