The board of directors for Goodbye Kansas Group AB, a leading supplier of technology driven visual content and with its shares listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, has called for an extraordinary shareholder meeting with a proposal to carry out a rights issue of approximately MSEK 66,5 and a directed share issue of approximately MSEK 55.
