Synch advises the wind power company Slitevind AB (publ), whose share is traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, in a directed share issue of approximately SEK 34.3 million. The rights issue has been carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure handled by Arctic Securities AS, branch Sweden. The issue was subscribed for by a number of Swedish and international institutional investors and family offices, including Premier Miton Global Renewables Trust PLC and the existing owner Investment AB Spiltan.
Synch advised Slitevind primarily with corporate and capital market related issues in connection with the share issue, all in close cooperation with Arctic Securities AS.
