Synch has acted as legal advisor to the founders of Anotherblock AB (“Anotherblock”) in connection with a seed funding round led by Finnish-Swedish VC Inventure.
Anotherblock was founded in 2021 with the ambition to challenge the music industry and improve the artists’ possibilities to monetise on their content. The Company is developing a blockchain-based marketplace for music rights. Numerous creators are backing and investing in the company, including hiphop-producer Daniel Schofield, a k a “DannyBoyStyles”.
