Synch has acted as legal advisor to Studio in Sweden AB in connection with its sale of Studio.se, Scandinavia's largest platform for music creators, to the German publisher Remise 3, who is part of Thomann, Europe’s largest retailer of music instruments, studio, lighting, and pro-audio equipment and accessories. The sale to Remise 3 marks the beginning of an exciting new era for Studio.se, which has been a great resource for music enthusiasts since 2003.
