Synch has acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of Inin Group’s subsidiary Nordic Inspekt Group AB (“Nordic Inspekt Group”) in the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Swedish non-destructive testing (NDT) company AlfaTest AB.
