Synch has advised lead investor Verb Ventures S.Á.R.L. on its investment of $1,5M in Ofiniti AS in their most recent growth round of $6,8M, which was co-led by ShipsFocus Ventures 船狂, with participation from DNV Ventures and Nysnø Klimainvesteringer. This round brings Ofiniti’s total funding to date to $9M.
Ofiniti is a digital platform for maritime fuel operations, replacing paper-based fuel delivery documentation at major ports worldwide. The platform streamlines scheduling, operational coordination, and documentation across all marine fuel types, including conventional fuels, LNG, methanol, biofuels, and ammonia.
