The sale of Commuter Security Group aligns with a long-term strategic partnership between Transfer Group and BG Holding. Under this partnership, Transfer Group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Amigo Systems AB (former Transfer Security Sweden AB), will supply BG Holding and its group with high-quality technology products and services.
The collaboration is expected to strengthen BG Holding’s range of services and establish a significant revenue stream for Transfer Group.
