Synch is pleased to announce to have advised Tandem Health, a pioneering Swedish health-tech company, on its acquisition of Juvoly, the leading AI medical scribe in the Netherlands. This is described to be Europe’s first acquisition of an AI scribe company focused on clinical workflows. The deal combines two clinician-first companies building regulated, real-world AI documentation. Pairing Juvoly’s scale in Dutch primary care with Tandem’s experience scaling medical software across Europe.

This acquisition strengthens the combined ability to cut clinicians’ administrative workload and scale regulatory-ready, trusted clinical AI which is built around clinician control, high-quality documentation, robust privacy and security, and compliance by design. Today, the Dutch peer Juvoly supports more than 1,500 GP practices (around 35% of Dutch primary care clinics) and processes over 200,000 consultations per month.
