Triboron International, a green technology company listed on Nasdaq First North, has carried out a private placement of units consisting of shares and warrants. The private placement raised MSEK 13.3 (MSEK 4.9 paid through set-off). If the warrants are fully exercised Triboron will receive an additional MSEK 8.3.
