Synch has been advising Slitevind AB (“Slitevind”) in the establishment of Eagle Wind JV (“Eagle Wind”), a joint venture owned by Slitevind together with one of Europe’s leading asset managers. The purpose of Eagle Wind will be to build a portfolio of operational wind turbines, and Slitevind will be managing the wind turbines alongside Obligo Investment Management (“Obligo”).
Slitevind considers the financial strength gained through the joint venture, and the expertise provided by Obligo, together with Slitevind’s industry know-how to pave way for exiting future opportunities.
