Synch has acted as legal advisor to the Stockholm-based early-stage VC J12 Ventures Nordic (“J12”) in connection with a seed funding round of Electric Mobility Europe AB (“EME”) led by J12. Other investors, including Rolling Hills Ltd, Third Tier Holding AB and Kyttinge Investment AB, participated.
EME is a product and platform development company offering brushless, gearless electric motors and solutions for last mile delivery.
