Synch has acted as legal advisor to Helsingborg Citysamverkan AB (“HBG City”) in the negotiations with HBG City’s agreement with Sasai AB in connection with the digital marketplace HBG Zipadoo. Zipadoo enables inhabitants to shop at local shops online with one shopping basket, one payment solution and one delivery, making it possible to support your local businesses. In times of restrictions, HBG City wishes to support its members through enabling them to connect to Zipadoo. In turn, the inhabitants of Helsingborg can enjoy a virtual shopping tour “downtown”.
HBG City was founded in 2010 by Fastighetsägarna in the city, Cityföreningen and the City of Helsingborg in order to jointly strengthen the attractiveness of the city centre. The mission is to make Helsingborg a lively city and work with joint efforts for all persons active in the city or which have an interest to contribute to a more lively and pulsating city centre.
Hanna Candell, CEO of HBG City says: “We are so happy that Synch contributed with legal advice in this important and exciting project which will give our members a new channel to reach its customers. Synch is a friendly, fast, professional and tech-oriented law firm which was a perfect match in this project. They made this pro-bono and I am impressed of the fact that local companies join forces and help each other in these special times.
HBG City was assisted by Synch’s lawyer in Skåne, Johan Ragnar.
