The Swedish energy and green tech company Cortus Energy AB, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, has resolved, subject to approval by the general meeting of shareholders, on a rights issue of units consisting of shares and two series of warrants of approximately SEK 107 million. Cortus has obtained guarantee commitments of approximately 70 percent of the rights issue’s total volume.
