Synch’s Michael Brandt is interviewed by Karnov on Synch’s establishment in Copenhagen and how Synch is different.
In august 2017 Synch was establish in Copenhagen by Michael Brandt and Niels Dahl-Nielsen. The feedback from the market has so far been overwhelming.
Michael Brandt says: “Synch’s work is not only based on in-depth knowledge of the law, but also deep business knowledge, where we can assistant customers in all parts of the process and not just in the drafting of legal documents.”
Synch’s approach is a break with services billed by the hour. Furthermore, Synch believe that legal matters and commercial understanding must be in symbiosis.
