Synch is excited to launch the Synch U.S. Playbook

Synch has launched a free U.S. Business and Legal Playbook for Scandinavian Companies to avoid pitfalls and accelerate success in the United States. Regardless of company size or industry, the Playbook provides legal, business, financial, and tax insights from experts in their respective fields. This Playbook was developed in a collaboration between the Synch offices in Scandinavia and Palo Alto, and with the assistance of selected third-party contributors.
“As a California attorney working in Sweden for over 18 years, I’ve witnessed first-hand the pain points for Scandinavian companies wanting to enter the U.S. market, seek U.S. funding or close a deal with an American counterparty. Based on my experience, I’m convinced this Playbook will be a useful resource for Scandinavian companies wanting to seize U.S. opportunities.” says Gary Guttenberg, Head of U.S Practice.
The Playbook clarifies U.S. issues such as market entry, venture financing, banking services, protecting intellectual property, limiting tax and legal liabilities, and much more. Should companies not be able to resolve all next steps themselves, they will find contacts regarding whom to turn to therein.
“Synch is committed to simplifying the legal complexities of doing business and this Playbook is one more example of our commitment to making the law more accessible for companies.”, says Malin Verga, Head of Palo Alto office.
